Cheshire Swing Cat prepayment for one term of lessons Terms and Conditions
Term lengths will vary but will be stated on the relevant application form and on the website. The payment for the term will be the number of days that regular lindy hop classes are scheduled to take place multiplied by the published cost for the two classes. This cost will also be quoted on the relevant application form and on the Cheshire Swing Cats website.
Should Cheshire Swing Cats be unable to deliver a published evening of classes, customers will be entitled to a refund of the affected classes only.
Should a dancer be unable to participate in classes due to unforeseen extenuating circumstances, credit, partial or full refunds may be considered. In such a case the dancer is to contact cheshireswingcats@gmail.com outlining the full details.
The agreement is for the named dancer only and is not transferable for the term or individual lessons, regardless of the individual who has paid for the agreement.
Lessons not attended by a dancer will not be ‘credited’.
Payments can be made at any time during the term but the full term fee is payable.
The agreement cannot be used in part or whole payment for special workshops or events.
